Employee Candidate Privacy Notice

Information about the personal data you share through our careers form, the application process, and your rights.

Prepared: 24 October 2026

Draft pending legal review

This preview is not yet a final privacy notice. It will be ready for publication once the company confirms the controller’s full legal name, authorized request channel, retention periods, recipient categories, and international-transfer arrangements.

Controller and scope

This draft covers general job, internship, and graduate applications submitted through the Keypower careers form. The controller is the legal entity accepting these applications on behalf of Keypower; its full legal name and service details must be stated in the final notice. General contact details are available on our Contact page.

Data shared when applying

The current form requires your full name, email address, application type, area of interest, and a résumé file. It also contains a notice-acknowledgment checkbox.

Phone number, LinkedIn/portfolio link, and a short application message are optional. Your résumé may contain education, work experience, skills, and other information that you choose to share.

Please share only information relevant to your application. Do not submit identity-document copies, health reports, bank details, or unrelated sensitive personal data at this stage. The form accepts one PDF, DOC, or DOCX résumé file, up to 10 MB.

Processing purposes

The information submitted through the form is intended for receiving your application, assessing it according to its type and area of interest, considering how your education and experience relate to a position, and contacting you about the application. Any different purpose outside recruitment must be explained separately.

Collection method and legal bases

You provide the information electronically by completing the careers form and uploading a résumé. The form uses Webflow infrastructure and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention.

For legal review, processing necessary to assess an application may be considered under the contract-establishment condition in Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. Genuinely necessary and proportionate activities may be assessed under the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5(2)(f). Any separate legal-obligation or legal-claims activity needs its own purpose and basis. These proposed bases must be matched to actual recruitment activities and confirmed through legal review.

Reading this notice or applying is not blanket consent to all processing. If a separate activity requires explicit consent, it must be presented as a separate, freely made choice.

Access and transfers

The final notice must identify the internal access roles needed to assess applications and any recruitment, hosting, or technical-support providers, together with their purposes. The form sends résumé and application information through Webflow; notification recipients and other integrations have not been confirmed for this draft.

Because technical providers such as Webflow and Cloudflare have international operations, the scope of transfers and the mechanism under Article 9 must be confirmed before publication. Applying or checking the acknowledgment box does not by itself establish an international-transfer safeguard.

Retention and deletion

Applicant data should be limited to the purposes and periods necessary to assess the application. Retention and deletion schedules must distinguish unsuccessful applications, records of hired candidates, and any future-role talent pool. No numeric retention period is promised in this draft because the company’s schedule has not been confirmed.

Submitting an application is not consent to retain a résumé indefinitely for future roles. The final retention policy must explain deletion, destruction, or anonymization when the purpose or legal basis no longer applies.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11, you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, and learn its purposes and recipients. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under the legal conditions, and notification of those actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

The final notice must identify the authorized postal, registered electronic mail, or other request channel together with the controller’s identity. Requests received through the prescribed procedures must be handled as soon as appropriate and within 30 days. For general contact, use info@thekeypower.com.tr or our Contact page; authorization of that general address as the formal data-protection request channel must be confirmed separately.
